Childnet has a limited-time offer when schools enrol on the Digital Leaders Programme together with booking an Education Visit.

The Digital Leaders team have developed a guest login feature to give interested schools and organisations an opportunity to experience a taster of the Childnet Digital Leaders Programme.

Earlier this year the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and the Home Office published the Online Harms White Paper, outlining government proposals to make the internet a safer place.

Throughout January to March this year, Childnet conducted its annual survey to gain feedback on the Digital Leaders Programme.

Hadia, a Digital Leader from Canons High School, was chosen to form part of this years Better Internet for Kids (BIK) Youth Panel.  She attended the Safer Internet Forum (SIF) in Brussels and wrote this guest blog, with her Group Leader Ms Shah, about her experience.

Last week the Childnet Digital Leaders from Acklam Grange School, Berwick Hills Primary School, Bolton Muslim Girls’ School, Christ Church CV (VC) Primary School, Hasland Junior School and Titus Salt School came together for our first ever Digital Leaders Regional Event!

Education settings and youth groups can now register their interest in the Childnet Digital Leaders Programme to receive a free guest login.

Our latest piece of research found that 70% of young people have used voice assisted technology in the last year.
