Childnet Film Competition – Get some inspiration from the 2019 entries

12 March 2020

Last summer the Childnet Film Competition celebrated its 10th year and invited schools and youth organisations from across the UK to create an inspiring short film in response to the theme: Our Future Online what can we all do to make our future internet a great and safe place?

The competition, run as part of Childnet’s work in the UK Safer Internet Centre, is a firm favourite in the Childnet calendar and we always enjoy watching each and every film that gets sent in

The tricky thing is making the difficult decision of picking the top three films in each category who have adhered most to the brief.

Introducing the best of the rest:

We are taking this opportunity to showcase four fantastic films that made it onto our shortlist, but didn’t make it to the finalist’s event.

These films are a great testament to the positive ethos of the competition and effective educational resources which reflected the theme for 2019.

We hope you enjoy these films as much as we do, and hope they provide you with inspiration for your own entries to the 2020 competition!
